A German court here has enjoined Erich Lueth, Bonn Government press officer, from publicly calling for a boycott of the film “The Immortal Beloved,” produced by Viet Harlan, anti-Jewish producer of the Nazi regime.
The court also stated that it will fine Lueth for calling for the boycott, and that it would state the reasons for its decision “at a later date.” The action was brought by the producer and the film company which made “The Immortal Beloved.”
