Captain Hans Rosenthal, German-Jewish mariner who is now a resident of Palestine, has been named first officer of the new liner Tel Aviv, the Arnold Bernstein Shipping Company announced.
Captain Rosenthal was in the employ of German shipping companies for many years. He was ousted when the Hitlerites came into power.
