The German National Minority in Roumania formulated its demands to the Roumanian government at a conference held in Bistritz.

The demands of the German national minority were presented to the Council of Ministers, which decided to allow the use of the German language for administrative purposes and to grant a subsidy of 20,000,000 lei to the German schools.
