Germany Honors Heine’s Memory

Republican Germany means to do better by the memory of Heinrich Heine than Imperial Germany did. A bronze tablet has been placed on the house in Taubenstrasse No. 32, in Berlin, where Heine lived a century ago; a similar honor has been shown Heine in Dusseldorf.
