West Germany’s highest court ordered a ban yesterday on further sales of an American-made record of Nazi speeches and songs.

The West German Federal Court overruled lower court decisions which termed the contents of the fast-selling recording not harmful and ordered that existing copies be confiscated. Dr. Heinrich Jagusch, the presiding federal judge, declared that the presentation “glorified” the Third Reich of Hitler.
