The Prussian Prime Minister, General Goering, has conferred the life saving medal and cordon on Dr. Carl Blumenthal-Barby, a practicing doctor of medicine of Berlin-Treptow. On January 22 Dr. Blumenthal-Barby saved two from drowning in the Sakrow Lake.
