Former Premier Golda Meir recently underwent surgery for the removal of a cataract from her eye. It was the second such operation in recent weeks for the 76-year-old former leader. Both were successful. Mrs. Meir, seen at Hadassah Hospital Friday where she went for a post-operative examination, appeared to be in good health.
