It has been determined that the legacy left by Raphael Gotz of Moscow for the maintenance of Jewish seminaries in Palestine amounts to $70,000. The committee administering these funds consists of Dr. Ussischkin, Achadhaam, Rabbi Tschernovitz, Herman Struck and Dr. Lurie.
