The Palestine government was warned yesterday by Meer Grossman, a Vice-President of the World Union of Zionist Revisionists, that it may expect unrest in the country instead of peace, if the projected Legislative Council is established.

Mr. Grossman’s warning was issued at a press conference here yesterday and referred to the announcement of Sir Arthur Grenfell Wauchope, the Palestine High Commissioner, to the Mandates Commission of the League of Nations last month, that the British government would establish a Legislative Council after the new municipal ordinances are carried out.

The Revisionist leader asserted that the Jews would unite to boycott the elections to the Legislative Council and would later refuse to acknowledge this legislation.

The Revisionists, Mr. Grossman let it be known, are determined to gain control over the forthcoming World Zionist Congress, abolish the Jewish Agency for Palestine, including Zionists and non-Zionists and to break the hegemony of the Histadruth.
