Hamas claimed responsibility for a roadside ambush in the West Bank in which an Israeli was killed. The slain driver was identified as Assaf Hershkovitz, 31, from the Jewish settlement of Ofra. His father, Aryeh, was killed in another West Bank drive-by shooting in January.
