Louis M. Hammerling, former owner of the Association of Foreign Language Newspapers of New York City, will sail for America. He will be accompanied by Premier Witos, who is known as the “Peasant Premier.”
Hammerling and Witos will conduct a campaign for funds to pay the expenses of the coming election campaign which is expected in either the Spring or Fall of this year.
