The Israel Hapoel soccer team returned to Israel today at the conclusion of a three-game series in this country.
The Israeli eleven won the first of its games and lost the next two. In the first, it defeated an American Soccer League All-Star team by 6-4, then lost to Philadelphia Uhricks 3-2 and yesterday to the Glasgow Celtics, a professional Scottish team which usually is champion of Scotland, by 2-1. The first game was witnessed by 40,000 people and the last by 10,000. The first and third games were played in New York.
