Dr. Exils Terroine, who was appointed by the French Government to head the department for the restitution of confiscated Jewish property established at the Ministry of Finance, was sworn into office today.
At a reception tendered him today by the National Movement Against Racialism, Prof. Terroine said; “I have been consulted with regard to the wording of the text of the present draft of the restitution law, but this text was not inspirad by Hez. I hope that the law will enable the carrying out of a mass-restitution of property to its former owners.”
