Julius Zittenfeld, an employee of the Pennatt Stationery Company, was held for Special Sessions in East Fifty-seventh Street Court yesterday on a charge of selling German-made thumb-tacks from which the label of origin had been effaced. He will come up October 4. The Non-Sectarian Anti-Nazi League is conducting the case against him.
