Henry Shoshkes, Cooperative Bank Expert, Reported Safe in Warsaw

Word was received here today that Dr. Henry Shoshkes, Zionist leader and authority on the cooperative bank system in Poland, remained with his family in Warsaw and is safe. Dr. Shoshkes visited the United States last Summer to attend the 31s annual convention of the Federation of Polish Jews in America. He is the Federation’s representative in Warsaw, director of the Central Cooperative Bank for Jews in the former Polis capital and a journalist.
