Maj. Gen. Milton J. Foreman, retired, was presented today with a medal commemorating his 35 years of military service by the 122nd field artillery. The presentation was made at Gen. Foreman’s home, 1367 North State Street, in the presence of fourteen officers of the Illinois National Guard, whose length of service averages 20 years.
