The regulation of the relief problem created by the expulsion of Jews from Poland was discussed at a meeting here of the Jewish world Relief Conference. The discussion was aggravated by the demand of the delegates representing the ICA for majority control of the Joint Committee in charge of the evacuation. This demand from the body which undertook to supply 80% of the necessary funds was stoutly resisted by Dr. Leo Motzkin, Chairman of the Conference, who has handed his resignation.
