Immigration to Dominions Urged

The Canadian Press London correspondent, George Hambelton, reports in a lengthy article that the overseas settlement board had “recommended that action be taken without loss of time to encourage migration from the united kingdom to Dominions.” The report suggests a regulated flow of foreign immigration of assimilable types if the united kingdom cannot supply sufficient immigrants.
