In a ceremony unmatched in its 26-year history, Bar-Ilan University last month awarded 409 scholarships valued at $300,000 through the Lady Edith Wolfson Memorial Scholarship Fund. The fund was established by Sir Isaac Wolfson, the 84-year-old British business leader and philanthropist, in memory of his wife, who died a year ago.
