A description of the new currency exchange rates introduced by the Israel Government last February is contained in the annual report of the International Monetary Fund.
The report, which notes that the new rates were introduced at a time when the free rate on the Israel pound had fallen to 50 cents, makes no comment on the introduction by Israel of multiple exchange rates.
