International News Service dispatches from Berlin, based on Kovno reports to the German Telegraphen Union declaring that Chief Rabbi Gluskin of Minsk had been sentenced to death for stock gambling, are not credited here. It is known that no death sentence will be carried out until the Soviet Central Executive Committee approves it.
