Nazi racial theories and the post-war status of Palestine are expected to be among the questions debated at the International Student Assembly which opened at American University here today. The 28 United Nations will be represented at the gathering by 300 students, many of them fresh from the firing lines.

The delegates will devote their sessions tomorrow to a discussion of “The End of Imperialism.” One of five round-tables on aspects of this topic will deal with “Nationalism, Minorities and Racial Theories.” It will be in charge of Dr. Oscar Janowsky, of the Social Science Department of the College of the City of New York, who is the author of a book on “The Jews and Minority Rights.”
