League circles today expressed the belief that intervention by signatories to the St. Germain and Trianon treaties may be necessary to prevent Rumania from depriving of their citizenship persons who automatically acquired it when their native territories were annexed under the treaties following the war.
A bill demanding revision of such naturalizations, aimed chiefly against 600,000 Jews residing in those territories, has been put before the Rumanian Parliament.
