Iowan Named Jerusalem Consul: Other Changes Announced

Oscar S. Heizer of lowa, now detailed to Constantinople, has been assigned as consul of Jerusalem, the State Department announced today.

Other changes announced include the assignment of Maurice W. Altaffer of Ohio, as vice-consul at Frankfort. S. Bertrand Jacobson of New York now detailed to Alexandria has been ordered back to the United States.
