Isaac Biber, prominent Hebrew writer, died here today in the Israel Zion Hospital following a prolonged illness. He came to the United States thirty years ago from Russia, and after studying in the universities of Chicago and Louisville, spent several years in Palestine where he devoted himself to research work on the Bible.
