Isaac Hamburger Elected President of Baltimore Jewish Charities

Isaac Hamburger was elected president at the 32nd annual meeting of the Associated Jewish Charities held at the Southern Hotel. He succeeds Elkan R. Myers who was the guest at a testimonial luncheon given in his honor. Mr. Hamburger is the eleventh president of the Associated Jewish Charities.
