A technical cooperation agreement was signed here today by Mrs. Golda Meir, Israel’s Foreign Minister, and Mario Gomez Calvo, Foreign Minister of Costa Rica. The agreement sets up a general framework in which Israeli and Costa Rican officials will negotiate specific projects. Israel has aided Costa Rica in such diverse fields as irrigation and civil aviation.
