Israel captured a Palestinian policeman who allegedly took part in the 2000 lynching of two of its army reservists. The Palestinian, who fled to Egypt after allegedly taking part in the mob killing in the West Bank city of Ramallah, was arrested in January upon returning through the Gaza Strip, the Shin Bet said Tuesday.
