Israel fired rockets at Palestinian security targets in Gaza City. The attack came one day after the badly bludgeoned bodies of two Israeli teen-agers were found in a West Bank cave. It also came hours after a roadside bomb killed two Romanian workers repairing Israel’s border fence with the Gaza Strip and wounded a third.
