Israel has harmed its global credibility by not honoring all of its peace commitments, a leaked Foreign Ministry memorandum says. “Our claim that Israel has fulfilled its side of the road map lacks credibility because not only have we not evacuated illegal (settler) outposts, but we are working in every way to whitewash them and build more,” Army Radio quoted the memorandum as saying on Wednesday.
