Israel is educating its diplomats in decorum. The Foreign Ministry in Jerusalem this week unveiled a new study manual, The Diplomat as a Spokesperson, which will be distributed to trainees and serving envoys.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
