Israel is hoping for a dialogue with the European Community, like the one being prepared between the EEC and the Arab states, Israel’s Ambassador in Bonn, Eliashiv Ben Horin, stated in an interview with the “Nuernberger Nachrichten.” The envoy said Israel had been interested in such a dialogue for years, and not just since the oil crisis.
