Israel is planning to release eight Egyptians who were aboard a ship caught smuggling arms to the Palestinians. Cabinet ministers agreed to the move Wednesday after deciding that the eight were not involved in smuggling, but simply were aboard the Karine-A arms ship when it was seized by Israel in January.
