Dr. Arieh Kubovy, Israel Minister to Argentina and Uruguay, presented his credentials to Uruguayan President Dr. Andres Martinez Trueba at a ceremony here. Afterwards, Dr. Kubovy laid a wreath before the monument of Artigas, Uruguay’s national hero.
