Israel must release all Palestinian prisoners or the cease-fire will be null and void, a Palestinian Authority official said. Hisham Abdel Razek, who is responsible for prisoner affairs in the Palestinian Authority, was quoted Sunday as saying that an Israeli failure to release all prisoners would push Palestinians to abrogate the cease-fire they called.
