Israel Plans to Cancel Limitations Statute for Crime of Genocide

The statute of limitations on the crime of genocide will be canceled, according to the provisions of a bill submitted today by the Government to the Knesset, Israel’s Parliament. The bill conforms with the international draft treaty drawn up recently by the United Nations Commission on Human Rights.
