Israel plans to issue a stamp honoring King Hussein next February, one year after the Jordanian monarch’s death. The stamp is believed to be the first Israeli stamp honoring the leader of an Arab country. The government is also considering proposals to honor two other deceased Arab leaders, Egypt’s Anwar Sadat and Morocco’s King Hassan II.
