Premier David Ben Gurion is sending a Piper Cub to Liberian President Howard Tubman, It was announced today. The presentation of the personal gift will be made to the Liberian Ambassador in Israel. Several months ago, Mr. Ben Gurion presented a similar gift to Ghanian Premier Kwame Nkrumah.
