Israel released 13 Lebanese prisoners it had held as bargaining chips for the return of MIAs. The prisoners were handed over to the Red Cross at a crossing point on the Israeli-Lebanese border after Israel’s Supreme Court rejected a last-minute petition to keep them imprisoned.
