Israeli and Palestinian negotiators resumed talks at a Washington air force base. The delegations, headed by Oded Eran and Yasser Abed Rabbo, were expected to meet for about a week. Negotiators are focusing on the still-unresolved issues of a final peace accord, including the status of Jerusalem, Palestinian refugees, Jewish settlements and final borders.
