Israeli and Palestinian officials met Wednesday night to discuss ways to ease strictures on Palestinian civilians. In addition to economic and humanitarian issues, the talks held in Jerusalem between Israeli Foreign Minister Shimon Peres and senior Palestinian Authority officials addressed ways to renew political negotiations, the Israeli daily Ha’aretz reported.
