Israeli jets targeted suspected Hezbollah hideouts in southern Lebanon for a second straight day Thursday. The airstrike, the third in 24 hours on Lebanon, came hours after a roadside bomb exploded under an armored personnel carrier of the Israeli-backed South Lebanon Army.
