Israeli paramilitary police killed a Palestinian terrorist in the West Bank. Plainclothes SWAT officers cornered a car carrying an Islamic Jihad fugitive and three other Palestinians outside Jenin late Sunday. When the terrorist drew a gun, he was shot dead. There were no Israeli casualties.
