Israeli police arrested 15 Palestinians near Bethlehem for their alleged involvement in the murder of two Israeli teen-agers, according to Israel Radio. The mutilated bodies of the two teen-agers from the West Bank settlement of Tekoa were found dead in a nearby cave.
