Israeli police detained two Palestinians carrying firebombs in Jerusalem. The two teen-agers, who had firebombs in plastic bags, were arrested near the Dan Pearl Hotel. Police believe the two planned to throw the bombs at Israeli soldiers at a hitchhiking station.
