Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak is expected to decide soon whether lands near Jerusalem will be included in the next transfer of West Bank lands, to be carried out Jan. 20. On Thursday, meanwhile, Israel completed its latest withdrawal from portions of the region. The redeployment involved Arab villages around Ramallah, Bethlehem, Hebron and Nablus.
