Israeli security forces arrested a Palestinian who Israel says planned to carry out a terrorist attack in Tel Aviv. According to Defense Minister Benjamin Ben-Eliezer, the arrested man planned the attack together with a Hamas militant who was killed in an Israeli missile strike on Sunday.
