Israeli special forces detained a suspected suicide bomber near Ramallah. Israeli security sources described Hamas member Abdel Hadi Salakh as a “ticking bomb,” Israel Radio reported. He was detained along with five other Palestinians in a raid Thursday by Israeli army special forces in an area under Palestinian control.
