Israeli troops killed a Palestinian stone-thrower in the West Bank. The 15-year-old boy was fatally shot in Aksar, near Nablus, on Sunday after throwing large rocks on a group of patrolling paratroopers who were trying to remove a roadblock erected by Palestinians.
