Israeli troops killed two Palestinian terrorists in the West Bank. An Islamic Jihad leader in Kabatiya was shot dead during a clash with soldiers who surrounded his hideout in the village Tuesday. A second gunman, described by witnesses as a Palestinian Authority policeman, died in ensuing exchanges of fire.
